Clinical Director (Physical Therapist) - Arlington, MA Experienced PT Leadership Opportunity | Full-Time (40 hours/week) Base Salary: $100,000–$115,000 Total Compensation: $110,000–$125,000 (commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives) Lead a Team. What You'll Do · Lead the daily clinical and operational success of your clinic while delivering exceptional patient care. · Mentor, develop, and support clinical and administrative team members to build a high-performing, patient-focused culture. · Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate staff while fostering professional growth. · Monitor clinic performance, productivity, patient satisfaction, and financial goals. · Partner with regional leadership to improve operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement. What You'll Bring · Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice). · Minimum of 3 years of outpatient physical therapy experience; prior leadership experience preferred. · CPR and/or AED certification. · Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. · A passion for developing others and delivering exceptional patient care.
