You’ll handle daily operations for both existing and new client accounts, focusing on load building, appointment scheduling, shipment tracking, and providing timely updates to internal and external stakeholders. Your role will involve honing these skills and expanding your responsibilities as you grow within Client Success. You must be detail-oriented, customer-focused, proactive, think critically, and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively across departments.
