At The Daily Wire, the Client Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for the end-to-end execution and success of advertising campaigns following the sale. Serving as the primary liaison between advertisers and internal teams, this role owns campaign planning, client communication, production coordination, execution, reporting, and performance optimization across Daily Wire's podcast, video, digital display, social, and sponsorship products. As a key member of Revenue Operations, the Client Success Manager ensures campaigns launch seamlessly, deliver against client objectives, and create opportunities for renewals and revenue growth. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Ad Operations, Production, and Marketing, the CSM delivers a consistent, high-quality advertiser experience while driving operational excellence throughout the post-sale lifecycle.
