Description
About JustPark JustPark is the premier partner offering both B2B solutions for destinations and B2C services for drivers, giving us the best of both worlds. We simplify the entire parking experience. From venues and councils to private driveways, our platform makes it simple for drivers to find, book, and pay for parking—while empowering our operating partners to deliver exceptional parking experiences. We’ve always believed parking should be easier—from end to end. That’s why we, two trailblazing companies—ParkHub and JustPark—have come together to make that vision a reality. ParkHub revolutionized event parking in the US, optimizing venue operations for a smoother, stress-free experience. JustPark transformed parking in the UK, turning the hunt for a spot into a simple, seamless task. Now, as one unified company, we’re combining expertise to offer a full-service, frictionless parking solution for both businesses and consumers. About the role JPV is the team responsible for JustPark’s U.S. “Everyday Parking Products”, including valet, on demand mobile payments, enforcement, and business intelligence. The CSM at JPV owns client success delivery for a portfolio of accounts across our U.S. Everyday Parking Products. The role operates as an individual contributor, reporting to the Head of Customer Experience and working closely with Engineering, Product, and the Commercial team. What defines success in this role is product fluency across the JPV suite, consistent account health management, and the ability to represent the customer's voice credibly, both internally and with clients. The role sits within a lean CX function where standalone operating material is still being built. A CSM in this seat is expected to contribute to that material as it develops and to build their own product fluency proactively, rather than waiting for a fully formed playbook to arrive. Requirements Position Responsibilities: Account ownership. Own client success for a book of accounts across the JPV portfolio. Lead onboarding, adoption, ongoing success, and renewal support for those accounts. Be accountable for account health, retention, and expansion signals within your book. Product knowledge. Build and maintain working knowledge across JPV's product set: Permits, On Demand, EnforcePlus, Valet (Oobeo Valet, RequestAhead, ValetMate), Self-Park, Insights, and CurbTrac. Be able to field client questions, troubleshoot common issues directly, and know when and how to escalate. Documentation and process. Contribute to team documentation, runbooks, and onboarding materials as they are built out. Flag gaps in process or product knowledge and help close them rather than working around them. Cross-functional partnership. Partner with Engineering and Product on client feedback and escalations, and with the Commercial team on renewal and expansion conversations. Bring a clear, well-supported CX perspective into those conversations. Client-facing communication. Run regular account check-ins and business reviews for your book. Handle day-to-day client communication with professionalism, and escalate complex or high-stakes situations to the Head of CX or other senior colleagues as needed. Initiative as a baseline. Take ownership of problems in your book rather than waiting for direction. Ask for help when you need it, but come with an attempt already made. Desired Skills and Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing SaaS role. Comfortable managing a multi-product account book and learning new systems quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills at C-suite and operations level, with the confidence to run client meetings independently.  Based in Dallas, Philadelphia, or New York City. Highly analytical, process-oriented, and data-driven Strong commercial instincts and comfort with multi-stakeholder accounts Strong empathy and passion for cus
