Description
Overview Chronograph was founded to bring next-generation technology to private capital markets. Through our suite of cloud-based analytics and data management solutions, we help many of the world's largest and most sophisticated venture capital, private equity, and credit funds understand their investment performance in unprecedented detail, with over 258,000 private companies and 15,000 private capital funds monitored via our solution suite. At Chronograph, we get to go "behind the scenes" and work directly with investors who are driving some of the most impactful changes across high growth start-ups, global infrastructure and renewable energy, growth equity, and all other private capital strategies. The firm is backed by Sixth Street Growth, Summit Partners, Carlyle AlpInvest, and Nasdaq Inc., and has seen continuous rapid growth since its founding in 2016.  Our client base today includes hundreds of investors and asset managers monitoring more than $5.9 trillion in invested capital with 8 of the 10 largest GPs and 5 of the 10 largest LPs using Chronograph. The Opportunity Bring your expertise to a highly collaborative, creative, and innovative team with a market-leading technology product suite. Chronograph is opening its first dedicated presence in Singapore, and we're looking for a seasoned, entrepreneurial client solutions leader to be our founding hire in the region — someone who can operate as implementer, relationship owner, and regional builder simultaneously, and who wants the challenge of standing up a market from the ground up. This is an expansive mandate. You will own the full client lifecycle for our Asia-Pacific client base — from implementation and onboarding through ongoing relationship management — working directly with some of the region's largest institutional allocators, sovereign wealth funds, and private capital managers. You'll report to the General Manager, EMEA while working in close partnership with global Client Solutions, Account Management, and Client Development leadership in New York and London. As the first person on the ground in APAC, you will also help define how Chronograph builds out its regional team over time — shaping process, local client engagement standards, and the operating rhythm that future hires in the region will inherit. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven, detail-oriented top performer to become directly engaged with several of the world's most sophisticated private equity investors and produce an immediate impact within a globally-focused financial technology firm — with outsized influence over how Chronograph shows up in one of the fastest-growing private capital markets globally. As a Director, Client Solutions focused on APAC at Chronograph, you will: Own end-to-end implementation and onboarding for new APAC clients, from operating model design through go-live, ensuring a high-quality first experience with the platform Serve as a strategic and day-to-day relationship owner for a portfolio of APAC clients, spanning GPs and LPs including sovereign wealth funds, fund managers, and large institutional allocators Drive account health and expansion conversations across your book of business in close coordination with global Account Management leadership Act as the regional voice of the client, surfacing product feedback and market-specific requirements to Product and global CS leadership Build and refine implementation and support playbooks suited to the APAC market and time zone, in partnership with global process owners Represent Chronograph in-region at client meetings, industry events, and prospect conversations, working closely with Sales to support the region's growth Lay the groundwork for Chronograph's future regional team — informing hiring priorities, reporting structure, and operating model as the APAC presence scales beyond this first hire You will be successful in this role if you have: 8-
