Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Client Service Associate to support our client service operations. This role requires 1 – 4 years of experience in client relationship management, customer success, or account management. The Associate will implement client service strategies, foster client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth through exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with key institutional clients, including portfolio managers, investment advisors, and decision-makers.
Proactively identify and address client needs, concerns, and potential issues.
Conduct regular client reviews and provide comprehensive reporting on portfolio performance and investment strategies.
Service Delivery:
Ensure high-quality service delivery across all client touchpoints.
Process onboarding for new institutional clients, including account setup, documentation, and compliance checks.
Monitor client service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Operational Management:
Collaborate with internal teams (trading, portfolio management, compliance, operations) to ensure smooth execution of client orders and requests.
Maintain efficient workflows and procedures for client servicing activities.
Resolve complex client issues, escalated inquiries, and potential disputes effectively.
Business Development:
Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and generate new institutional business.
Participate in client presentations and pitch meetings to showcase the firm's capabilities and investment strategies.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
Adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to institutional client service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
1 – 4 years of related experience is required.
Understanding of the institutional investment landscape, including products, regulatory requirements, and client needs.
Proven experience in managing complex client relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical capabilities and ability to deliver data-driven insights.
Experience with direct indexing strategies, tax-aware portfolio management, and fixed income securities is preferred.
Series 65 license required or must be willing to obtain within six months of hire.
