About the role As a Client Service Assistant, you'll serve as a dedicated point of contact and support for our clients and Accounting Directors. Your role involves managing diaries, assisting in business development, and supporting the Client Service Coordinator with various tasks. You play a crucial part in maintaining client and team relationships, handling inquiries, and managing administrative tasks. What you’ll be doing Working closely with an experienced administrative team, your role will include: Director support - Supporting up to 4 Directors including diary management, travel plans and client contact schedules Client communication - Being a key point of contact for clients, managing phone calls, queries and follow-ups in a professional and timely way Corporate maintenance Corporate Compliance management, including entity set ups and registrations Registrations, applications and maintenance across key platforms such as the ABR, ATO, SRO, and internal systems Client experience - Managing the end-to-end client process from proposals and engagement letters for clients, to assisting and engaging with our amazing clients Team experience - Working with colleagues from both the administration and accounting team to ensure a smooth client experience Requirements What we’re looking for Experience: Previous administration experience, ideally within an accounting or professional services environment Detail focused: A strong eye for detail and a genuine commitment to doing things properly Initiative: Someone who can think for themselves, work things out, and take ownership of their work Client confidence: Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone and building professional relationships Team fit: A reliable, adaptable team player who works well in a small team environment with plenty of autonomy Systems savvy: Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems, with a willingness to learn new platforms Benefits Our people love to work for us, here’s why!
