Hybrid working is the norm, with the expectation that you will spend some time collaborating in person with your team and clients. Key responsibilities End-to-end management of complex programs that are C-Suite visible due to their direct impact on business performance Leadership and development of a team of specialists to ensure successful delivery of outcomes, client satisfaction, learning and team engagement Contribution to our growth path through driving and / or supporting growth initiatives both in your client and in new client pursuits Act as a senior leader in Proxima, supporting key internal initiatives, challenging the business to evolve and improve whilst acting as a coach and mentor to our team Enhancing Proxima’s brand and reputation in the marketplace through personal and Proxima marketing initiatives Your experience and attributes Demonstrable experience of managing teams, working hand in hand with clients / stakeholders on programs with senior level visibility A deep understanding of procurement and or supply chain, ideally across sectors and categories, which you can articulate well Exceptional consulting skills and the ability to build trusted relationships quickly with your stakeholders and their senior management Strong intellectual capability and flexibility, coupled with excellent critical thinking skills and a natural curiosity An ability to absorb complex information and turn it into
