Location: UK (Remote, with occasional client site visits and quarterly travel to Bermuda) Contract: 6 months (day-rate contractor) Start: Q1 2026 About Us We are a fast-growing software consultancy of 55+ specialists, delivering digital products and data platforms for global (re)insurance clients. Our current client base includes two leading life reinsurance companies, with further growth opportunities in the pipeline. Having scaled beyond direct client oversight by the founding directors, we are now seeking an experienced Client Partner to drive account growth and strengthen our most important client relationships. The Role We are looking for a senior client executive who combines high-level strategic relationship management with a relentless focus on commercial growth. In this role, you won't just manage accounts you will drive new business, originate high-value opportunities, and expand revenue footprints within key client portfolios. You will engage regularly with C-suite and senior stakeholders to shape strategic conversations, map out unmet technology needs, and translate those into concrete, revenue-generating engagements for Toucanberry. While your core mandate is revenue growth and business development, you will remain connected to delivery. Partnering closely with our Delivery Leads, you will ensure alignment with client roadmaps, spot early account expansion opportunities, and protect active revenue streams. Working alongside our Directors, you will shape account growth strategies, convert project wins into client success stories, and actively strengthen Toucanberry’s sales pipeline.
