● Lead, manage, and support field teams and coordinators ● Coordinate with LGUs, government agencies, and key stakeholders ● Monitor performance targets (KPIs) and ensure operational goals are met ● Manage budgets, resources, and ensure proper utilization of funds ● Resolve operational issues and handle escalations in a timely manner ● Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and compliance with policies and regulations ● Support planning and execution of city-level programs and initiatives Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry. Strong background in operations management, strategic planning and execution, Excellent team leadership, stakeholder coordination, reporting, budgeting, and KPI Tracking and performance monitoring.
