The Chief Project Engineer is a leadership role that leads and manages the Project Engineering Division within the Engineering Department at FINFROCK.  The role requires overseeing a team of engineers, ensuring they meet design and company standards, regulatory requirements, and project deadlines.   The Chief Project Engineer must demonstrate the ability to communicate with, lead, and manage others.  They must demonstrate the ability to set and maintain schedules by performing work themselves as well as assigning work to others
