Description
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT Boldr Boldr is the first global B-Corp dedicated to delivering world-class Client experiences while creating access to dignified, meaningful work in communities around the world. We are a global team, united by our desire to connect diverse people with common values for boldr impact.  We employ just over a thousand team members across five countries and we want to employ over 5,000 people by 2027, if not sooner. LET’S START WITH OUR VALUES Meaningful connections start with AUTHENTICITY We do our best work by being CURIOUS We grow by remaining DYNAMIC Our success combines AMBITIOUS VISION with OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE  At the heart of great partnerships we’ll always find EMPATHY WHAT IS YOUR ROLE The Chief Operating Officer is the operational, commercial, and systems spine of Boldr. You translate the CEO's vision into day-to-day delivery across five geographies, the critical support functions, and a workforce of 1,000+. You work in close partnership with the CEO, CFO and CRO, turning commercial ambition into operating reality, and ensuring the systems, technology, and financial discipline are in place to deliver it. You hold direct ownership of Boldr's operating infrastructure and a defined share of its financial performance. This is not a coordination role. It is an ownership role. You hold the operating P&L. You own the systems that run the business. You set the operating tempo and ensure every function is pulling in the same direction, at pace, without drifting from mission. WHY DO WE WANT YOU We are scaling a mission-driven business in a demanding industry and we need a leader who has done this before. Someone who has built operational infrastructure that doesn't break under growth, who understands the commercial levers without losing sight of purpose, and who can lead senior leaders across cultures, time zones, and geographies. You bring more than operational expertise. You bring the kind of judgement and breadth that makes organisations more resilient, more legible, and more capable of delivering on ambitious commitments. WHAT WILL YOU DO Decision-making and operating cadence Own how decisions get made at Boldr: who sets the bar, who owns the call, who carries it out. Keep decision rights clear so the business moves without stalling or reopening settled calls. Build the operating cadence that keeps every function aligned: the reviews, the metrics, and the rhythm that turn strategy into delivery. Make sure big commercial and operational decisions get real cross-functional scrutiny before they are committed, so no single function carries a decision alone. Commercial partnership and revenue growth (with the CRO) Partner directly with the CRO to ensure revenue targets are funded by operational and financial reality, not aspiration. Hold a clear understanding of key client relationships and the health of the revenue pipeline. Ensure commercial commitments are operationally and technically deliverable before they are made, closing the gap between what is sold and what is built. Identify and act on growth opportunities that align with Boldr's mission, margin, and systems capacity. Systems, technology, and data Own Boldr's operating technology stack; the platforms, tools, and integrations that run People, Finance, and Delivery across five geographies. Set the systems roadmap: prioritise, sequence, and resource implementations (HRIS, workforce, and operations platforms) so they land and get adopted, not just bought. Build the data infrastructure that gives the CEO and leadership a single, trusted view of performance: operational, commercial, and financial. Drive automation and responsible AI adoption across the operation to lift productivity, quality, and margin. Make systems readiness a precondition for scale: security, integration, and resilience built in, not bolted on. Financial ownership and stewardship Hold direct ownership of the op
