Check Supervisor We're looking for an experienced Check Supervisor to join our growing team at Teesside. This is a key role supporting the Check Manager to ensure aircraft maintenance inputs are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance. What you'll be doing Support the Check Manager in delivering aircraft maintenance in line with agreed maintenance plans. Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding additional (over-and-above) work, ensuring approvals are obtained before work begins. Monitor maintenance budgets, identify potential overruns, and support cost control activities. Maintain accurate project status using Tracking+ (or equivalent maintenance system). Prepare daily status reports and attend customer, production, and shift handover meetings. Represent the Check Manager in meetings when required. Review completed maintenance documentation and work with the Document Controller to resolve any issues. Coordinate manpower requirements with Check Managers, Zonal Leaders and the Resources Controller. Liaise with third-party contractors to ensure work is completed on time and all documentation is received. Ensure compliance with Part-145, the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE), and company procedures. Support recruitment activities, performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
