Drove strategic resource planning and talent development to align team capabilities with evolving business goals within the Retail Tech sector. Focused on bridging competency gaps to build a high-performing, future-ready engineering organization. Managing vendor relationships and performance management to ensure solution delivery met IT standard and SLAs. Managed and optimized software development and outsourcing budgets, achieving cost efficiencies to be aligned with IT finance strategy and resource optimization. Led and mentored the adoption of AI-SDLC to increase productivity in software development process. Requirements 10–15 years of total IT experience , with a strong background in Software Engineering, Solution Architecture and AI Development. At least 3 years of experience for people management in s oftware/solution delivery area Familiar with Agile adoption in large software development team (10 - 20 squads) Familiar with multi modern programming skill such as Java, Golang, NodeJS and also familiar in Frontend and Backend Technology. Familiar with modern architecture such as Microservice, Event-driven Architecture and Enterprise Architect Comfortable communicating with Executive Leadership.
