Qualifications Experience in IT Business Consulting, Business Analysis, Solution Analysis, Project Delivery, Digital Product Management, or Business Partnering roles. Strong understanding of system architecture concepts, including application integration, data flows, APIs, SaaS platforms, cloud-hosted solutions, security considerations, resiliency, and support models. Demonstrated ability to assess technical solution designs, challenge vendor assumptions, and translate technical complexity into clear business implications and decision options. Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and executive reporting skills. Experience managing digital products, business applications, customer engagement platforms, or technology initiatives across cross-functional and global teams.
