Cell Development Process Engineer   Responsibilities Lead the optimization and development of cell process Write DFMEA and PFMEA for new products Experience in improvement projects Make SPC and CPK analysis Familiar with and have the ability of preparing PFMEA, CP, WI and SOP   Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electrochemistry or related battery 5 years of experience in cell research and development process Good at DOE design Familiar with PFMEA&DFMEA Familiar with battery performance testing and verification 6 Sigma Green belt or above is preferred
