The position is responsible for owning assigned deliverables from start to finish—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Teague’s quality standards. Collaboration is central to the work, with regular interaction across design, engineering, and external partners to interpret design intent, verify feasibility, and maintain clear communication throughout the production lifecycle.   In addition to day-to-day CAD development, this role contributes to continuous improvement by participating in workflow discussions, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, and applying thoughtful problem-solving to technical challenges involving geometry, scale, or application methods. The position supports production reviews, maintains organized and compliant documentation, and may require periodic travel or onsite presence to engage with clients, partner teams, and key project milestones. Overall, the role combines creativity, precision, and hands-on technical work to support the successful delivery of aircraft livery and paint-production programs.     TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:   This role requires periodic domestic travel as needed to support project work.      WHO YOU ARE:   You’re a technically minded designer who thrives in a hands-on, iterative environment where accuracy, teamwork, and adaptability are essential. With experience in CATIA or similar 3D systems, you excel at translating creative concepts into precise, production-ready CAD deliverables. You balance design intent with engineering feasibility, anticipate challenges, and communicate clearly to keep projects aligned and on track.   Curious by nature, you’re motivated to deepen your technical expertise and proactive in learning new tools, workflows, and aircraft-specific details.
