WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Bachelor’s degree in any field. - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! - Experience working with Google Sheets/Excel. - Comfortable with extensive travelling. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Able to learn quickly and take initiative. - Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Travel extensively across Pakistan for vendor negotiations, market visits, and procurement-related activities. - Procure and ensure availability of inventory while building strong supplier relationships. - Forecast demand, manage purchase cycles, and prevent stockouts/overstocking. - Monitor margins and control pricing. - Analyze dashboards and reports to drive category performance. - Recommend product additions or delistings based on sales insights. - Align suppliers with Tajir’s mission, share performance reports, and track target achievement.
