THIS ROLE Case Managers ensure cases move forward quickly and comprehensively. You’ll focus on the operational heart of pre-litigation—opening claims, managing medical record requests, securing police reports, and resolving lien issues—so attorneys can work with complete, timely information. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Open insurance claims and manage communication with carriers - Request, track, and follow up on medical records and police reports - Monitor lien and subrogation issues, ensuring timely resolution - Partner with lead paralegals to prepare cases for demand drafting - Identify and fix operational bottleneck. YOUR TEAM: LEGAL OPERATIONS Legal Operations is responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes for our law firm partners and their injured clients with precision, speed & care. At Finch, we’re building a team of the top 1% of legal operators with experience from law firms across America, and enabling them with next-generation technology to serve more clients, with more humanity.
