You will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machinery alongside performing manual carpentry tasks to meet project specifications. Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate CNC woodworking machines to cut, shape, and finish wood components accurately. Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure precise production standards. Perform manual carpentry work such as assembling, fitting, and finishing wood structures. Conduct quality checks on finished products to verify compliance with specifications and standards. Maintain CNC equipment and troubleshoot any operational issues to minimize downtime. Ensure a safe and organized workspace, following all health and safety protocols. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and deliver projects on time. Requirements Proven experience as a Carpenter with hands-on knowledge in operating CNC woodworking machinery. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CNC programming instructions. Proficiency in manual carpentry skills including measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing. Attention to detail and high standards of craftsmanship. Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot CNC equipment. Familiarity with health and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
