We believe the best care is built on genuine human connection. That is why we refuse to do rushed 15-minute "pop-ins." All of our visits are at least 1 hour, giving you the time to actually sit down, have a conversation, and make someone smile over a cup of tea. The Role We are looking for warm, naturally empathetic people across Bingley, Shipley, and surrounding areas to join our team on a part-time basis. You will be visiting older adults in their own homes, assisting with daily routines (including personal care such as support dressing, washing, nutrition and hydration, and medication administration), providing companionship, and helping them live fulfilling, independent lives. This is a part-time role that offers exceptional flexibility. We offer a range of guaranteed hours per week, ranging from 6 to 14, to give you a stable baseline that suits your life, whilst offering the opportunity for extra hours as desired.
