What does a Campaign Manager do at WPP Production?
Our Campaign Managers (CMs) are super-organised and adept multi-taskers. They are accountable for end-to-end project delivery, delivering projects on time, on specification and on budget. Our CMs possess good project and client management skills and best-practice methodology. They are the key contact for projects, responsible for relaying timing, scope, budget, resource and change information to the wider project and production teams.

To thrive in this role, you will be highly organised with a passion for delivering top tier client service and have a strong personal desire to continually grow and develop your skills. You’ll be experienced in client servicing and have a background in localisation of moving picture and digital banners.
Reporting lines and key stakeholders
This role reports into a Senior Campaign Manager.
There will be close collaboration with all teams across the client account including a network of freelancers and other agencies the client appoints for different stages of their advertising materials production.
Responsibilities
Communication
The key day-to-day contact for the client & their agencies across Moving Image projects (inclusive of broadcast, digital and social production)
Own regular status updates and communications with clients
Define scope and approach, setting and managing expectations
Understand client’s needs to maintain high satisfaction levels
Ensure awareness of timelines and deliverables on projects
Ensure a clear understanding of the production brief, deliverables and timeline for each project
Collaboration
Demonstrate strong collaboration skills with internal agency teams and key external partners to ensure quality and adherence to production guidelines
Process
Manage small to medium projects independently, from initiation through to completion
Work with cross-functional teams in a time sensitive agency environment
Manage client objectives, budget, expectations, deliverables
