What you’ll do
You’ll work on large‑scale, mission‑critical software engineering challenges, collaborating closely with Business Analysts and QA teams. Depending on the project, you’ll use either Waterfall or Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
As a Software Development Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the technical design and delivery of product features based on solutions agreed with stakeholders. Because these applications require 24/7 availability , you’ll focus heavily on performance, reliability, and other non‑functional requirements .

What happens next
If successful, you’ll join the mthree Academy for 4-6 weeks of online training focused on C++ or other in‑demand languages. After training, you’ll work with our client for 18 months , with ongoing support and salary increase after 12 months. Most graduates convert to permanent roles afterwards.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (2:1 or higher)
Solid understanding of software engineering principles
Troubleshooting and debugging skills
Familiarity with SDLC and test‑driven development
