About Lucid
At Lucid, we are creating exceptional mobility experiences through innovation to drive the world forward. Built on Lucid’s proprietary technology and software-defined vehicle architecture, our award-winning vehicles bring our “Compromise Nothing™” approach to the global automotive market. That means refusing to choose between performance and sustainability, design and engineering, ambition and integrity. In Lucid Air and Lucid Gravity, we have designed and built vehicles that have redefined their segments, combining exceptional range, performance, design, and expansive space in a single experience.
We achieve this through deep vertical integration, with design, engineering, and production happening in-house across our global offices and manufacturing facilities. Our teams come from industries around the world, united by a shared commitment to excellence. By refusing to settle, you can help redefine what’s possible and shape the future of mobility. About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, systems-minded Intern to support priority initiatives within the Office of the President of Europe. This role works at the intersection of operations, and execution, helping ensure that cross-functional initiatives move forward with clarity, structure, and strong follow-through.
You will work closely with the Strategic Projects Manager and wider PMO to support day-to-day project tracking and reporting, while also contributing to improvements in how work is coordinated, monitored, and executed. The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and broad visibility across the European organization.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure and execution, and who is naturally inclined to spot inefficiencies, simplify ways of working, and make processes more reliable and repeatable over time.
What You’ll Do
PMO Execution & Support
Support the tracking and coordination of strategic projects across the European organization
Maintain and improve PMO tools (e.g. Jira boards, trackers, action logs)
Support meeting hygiene: agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-up discipline
Ensure actions, dependencies, and risks are clearly captured and progressed
Automation & AI Exploration (progressively increasing focus)
Observe and document recurring PMO activities that create manual overhead
Help translate PMO needs into automation or AI-assisted use cases
Prototype smarter ways of working within the existing tool ecosystem
Key Deliverable: PMO Automation Project (Europe)
By the end of the internship, you will design and pilot an AI- and automation-driven PMO support model focused on reducing manual effort, improving reliability, and enabling "things to run themselves" wherever possible. This project builds on our existing PMO playbook and looks forward: how modern PMOs leverage AI, automation, and agentic support to scale. This may include:
Mapping current PMO activities and identifying candidates for automation or AI augmentation (e.g. reporting, follow-ups, status hygiene, meeting outputs)
Designing simple automation flows (e.g. reminders, status roll-ups, dependency tracking)
Prototyping Copilot / agent-based support for recurring PMO tasks such as:
Status update collection and summarization
Executive-ready reporting drafts
Action and risk tracking from meetings
Defining a clear "human vs system" split: what should be run by people vs by automation
Documenting recommendations, limitations,
