ABOUT US Conversion is the AI-native marketing automation platform for modern software companies. ABOUT THE ROLE As the first BizOps hire, you'll own the operational backbone of Conversion. That means leading our business operations, owning company finances, and execution on the legal and administrative side. You'll work directly with the founders and touch nearly every part of the business. This role is in-person 5 days/week in San Francisco.
