Strategic Growth: - Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and market penetration goals. - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to pinpoint new growth areas. - Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including market expansion, product development, and strategic partnerships. 2. Client & Partner Development: - Cultivate and strengthen relationships with e-commerce platforms, freight forwarders, and key industry partners. - Deeply understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive long-term customer loyalty. - Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and promote cargo services. 3. Revenue Optimization: - Establish competitive pricing strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. - Monitor and adjust pricing based on market conditions and operational costs. - Track and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (revenue management, solutioning, customer success, operations, legal, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless execution. Requirements What You Need: 1. Deep understanding and network within the global air cargo industry. 2. Proven expertise in strategic business development and planning. 3. Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills. 4. 5-10 years of business development experience, with at least 3 years in air cargo logistics or freight forwarding. 5.
