Let's build together. Your impact This is a full cycle outbound sales role focused on the Italian market, where you own everything from prospecting to onboarding. You'll be targeting mid-market to enterprise merchants, primarily in e-commerce, fashion, pharmaceuticals, and electronics, managing deals that range from three to nine months in duration and cover companies transacting over €500K monthly. The goal is clear: bring meaningful payment volume onto Mollie's platform and help build our presence in one of Europe's most opportunity-rich markets. The merchants who work with you will leave with a better understanding of payments and a platform that genuinely improves how they operate. You'll be part of a fast-growing team based in Milan, working in a sales culture that rewards structure, ownership, and ambition. With fewer but larger competitors than in other European markets, Italy offers the chance to build meaningful, lasting merchant relationships while contributing to a pipeline that targets €10M or more in annual transaction volume.
