Here at iRely, we understand that your Business isn't simple, but our Innovative Software Solutions are.   Business Development Manager – ERP Software Solutions Location: Irving (Las Colinas), Texas – Hybrid Travel: Approximately 30% iRely is a leading global provider of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software serving customers in Agriculture, Commodity Trading & Risk Management (CTRM), Petroleum Distribution, Food Processing, Manufacturing, and Retail. With more than 500 employees worldwide, iRely delivers industry-specific software solutions that help organizations streamline operations, improve profitability, and accelerate growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building new business, developing strategic customer relationships, and closing complex enterprise software opportunities. What You'll Do As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving new customer acquisition and expanding iRely's presence throughout North America. Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to generate new revenue opportunities. Identify, qualify, and build relationships with executive decision-makers within agriculture, agribusiness, food processing, commodity trading, manufacturing, and related industries. Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, proposal development, RFP responses, contract negotiations, and closing. Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while consistently achieving sales goals. Partner closely with Product Management, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to execute successful go-to-market strategies. Analyze industry trends, competitive activity, and customer requirements to identify new market opportunities. Represent iRely at industry conferences, customer events, and trade shows. Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and sales activity within the company's CRM platform. Travel approximately 30% to customer sites, industry events, and trade shows throughout the United States. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5–7+ years of successful business development or enterprise software sales experience. Proven experience selling ERP, SaaS, CRM, supply chain, commodity trading, or other enterprise software solutions. Experience selling in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Manufacturing, and Commodities industries is highly preferred. Demonstrated success developing new business and managing complex consultative sales engagements. Strong executive presence with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience developing sales strategies, territory plans, and revenue forecasts. Proficiency using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
