Description
In order to work in Ireland a non-EEA National, unless they are exempted, must hold a valid employment permit. Please review the Eligibility and requirements for an employment permit if you are unsure of your eligibility to apply for this vacancy. Up To My Eyes Limited requires a Business Development Manager to join the team in Co. Wicklow. Up To My Eyes Ltd. is an award-winning brow, lash and lip salon based in Greystones, Co. Wicklow, serving a loyal local, national and international client base. Alongside its salon services, the company operates the Up To My Eyes Academy, an online learning division that has to date provided V.T.C.T.-accredited training in techniques such as microblading, lipmentation, emBrowdery™ and eyelash extensions to beauty professionals in Ireland and internationally. The company is now launching a new, distinct business line within the Academy: a dedicated international online training programme in specialist beauty and aesthetic techniques for clients undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment (for example, brow, lash and camouflage techniques addressing hair and skin changes caused by chemotherapy and radiotherapy). This new venture will be marketed and sold to beauty professionals, salons and training partners internationally, and requires dedicated commercial development to build it into a viable revenue stream. The Business Development Manager will plan, organise and undertake market research to meet the requirements of the company's marketing and sales policies for this new online training venture. The role is commercial and sales-focused: it is responsible for identifying and developing international markets and customer segments for the new course line, building the sales and pricing strategy, and managing the resulting client accounts. The annual salary is €20 per hour for a standard 40-hour week.
