Here are a few things that we've got to offer: Dynamic & collaborative team in a creative environment with exposure to global clients & colleagues -  Check out our clients Weekly webinars to support your development through our People Academy Annual TLC Wellness Week and programmes throughout the year TLC Culture Club - including seasonal social events, tasty lunches & more TLC Gives Back - volunteering opportunities, including off site visits and volunteering leave TLC Rise - supporting and empowering women into leadership roles 'Frankies' - Our very own awards ceremony where we walk down the TLC red carpet in our best outfits TLC Owner's Club - Everyone that is part of the TLC experience contributes to our success, which is why we all own a piece of TLC as part of our share holder scheme What you'll be doing: Driving Commercial & Client Activity Support the MD across client development, proposals, and revenue-generating opportunities Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations, pitches, and commercial proposals Join client meetings, contributing to discussions and managing follow-ups and next steps Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships Confidently engage clients via email and phone to progress opportunities Supporting Sales & Strategy Prepare briefings, research, and insights ahead of client meetings Lead or support brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and campaign approaches Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Partnerships, and Account teams to develop best-in-class proposals Think proactively about new opportunities and revenue potential across clients Execution & Coordination Manage end-to-end coordination of proposals, contracts, and project handovers Ensure all processes, approvals, and timelines are followed and delivered to a high standard Track actions, follow-ups, and internal workflows to keep momentum across all projects Maintain accurate CRM records and support reporting MD & Leadership Support Prepare key documents, presentations, and materials for senior meetings Attend internal and external meetings, taking ownership of minutes and action tracking Coordinate schedules, priorities, and deliverables to maximise efficiency Represent the MD in selected internal meetings where required Who we're looking for: Strong commercial mindset and sales awareness Experience in account management, strategy, or commercial roles Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills Advanced PowerPoint and
