It is our focus on quality and growth that makes us an employer of choice and helps us maintain our culture of excellence Position Overview The Business Data & Technology Lead is a strategic, hands-on leadership role responsible for defining and driving the data and technology agenda within a critical business domain such as Sales, Finance, HR, or Operations. This role partners closely with business leaders and technical teams to translate complex business problems into scalable data solutions, analytics, and technology capabilities that drive measurable outcomes. This position directly impacts business performance by enabling better decision-making, improving operational efficiency, and supporting global MBOs through standardized, trusted data and reusable analytics across markets. What you'll do Define and standardize core data entities, metrics, hierarchies, and models within your business domain Build and oversee data pipelines, quality frameworks, and data products to ensure reliable analytics and reporting Translate business needs into clear problem statements, data requirements, and prioritized roadmaps Lead cross-functional delivery teams (analysts, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders) to execute data and technology initiatives Drive adoption of solutions by ensuring usability, quality, and alignment with business goals Leverage AI-assisted development, automation, and modern data tools to accelerate delivery and improve efficiency Develop dashboards, analytics products, and lightweight applications that solve high-value business problems Promote reuse of data assets, models, and solutions across regions and functions to enable global scalability All other duties as assigned Who you are Bachelor’s degree in Data, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred) 5+ years of experience in data, analytics, technology, consulting, or digital transformation roles Strong hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, pipelines, and data quality frameworks Practical experience with Python, APIs, automation, or modern data workflows Proven ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions and technical requirements Experience leading cross-functional teams including analysts, engineers, and external partners Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and cloud platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or GCP) Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern data stack components (dbt, Airbyte, Git, etc.) Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset What's in
