Guided by our core values and through our personalized practices, we strive to bring employees and companies together, offering services aligned with their goals and aspirations, fostering a high-quality and innovative future.  Therefore, on behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit Business Analysts to join a dynamic team.    The client:   A leading generator and supplier of electricity in Greece and in other European countries.  The role:  As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify business needs, gather requirements, and analyse data to drive informed decision-making.  Responsibilities:  Assessing the company's needs and goals.  Providing guidance on finding the best solutions to achieve optimal results.  Analysing data and conducting research to provide recommendations and enhance company efficiency.   Resolving specific business needs.  Assisting senior management in executing the strategy through the design of new business models.  Rationalizing and redesigning existing business processes.  Supporting change management.  Conducting quality assurance.  Contributing to the design, planning, and ongoing management of corporate workflow and processes.  Documenting and maintaining system processes.  Providing Business Process Reengineering (BPR) services through process transformation, intelligent process automation (IPA), and outsourcing of business processes (BPO).  Modelling scenarios and testing solutions for implementing organizational changes.  Providing business analysis services within a flexible framework (Agile).  Maintaining continuous and effective communication with stakeholders and guiding them to capture business requirements, ensuring that the product meets the needs of the enterprise.  Establishing and developing relationships with partners and collaborating with them to optimize and enhance project integration.  Delivering innovative business analysis within an adaptable environment.  Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.  At least 2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role.   Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.  Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI  Experience with Agile project management methodologies.  Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.  Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.  Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  Strong business acumen and understanding of financial concepts and metrics.  Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language.  Benefits Competitive compensation package  Working in a rapidly evolving professional environment  Training and development opportunities  Dynamic market input, pioneering systems, competitive advantage
