Description
We are an executive search agency recruiting on behalf of an established Florida building and construction organization seeking a qualified Building Inspector. This role will conduct residential and commercial inspections, verify compliance with approved plans and building codes, and provide clear guidance on required corrections. The successful candidate will help maintain consistent quality and compliance across active projects. Key Responsibilities Inspect residential and commercial construction projects. Verify compliance with approved plans and applicable building codes. Document inspection findings and required corrective actions. Communicate professionally with contractors, owners, and project teams. Requirements 3+ years of building, construction, or inspection experience. Working knowledge of Florida building codes. Relevant Florida inspection certification preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
