Job Description
The Brand & Digital Strategy Supervisor plays a key role in steering daily strategic thinking, generating insights, and crafting plans, briefs and reports for client brands and new business initiatives. Working in conjunction with the Brand & Digital Strategy Supervisor, this role focuses on analyzing data, developing plans, briefing, and reporting materials, and applying innovative methodologies to solve client challenges and elevate our strategic deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Briefing and Strategy Support: Support senior team members in completing daily tasks, including writing strategic and creative briefs, developing research frameworks, and drafting thought leadership articles.
- Research and Insight Generation: Work with quantitative and qualitative data sources to uncover actionable insights about consumers, the market, and categories. Translate findings into clear strategic recommendations that drive client business growth.
- Presentations and Articulation: Assist senior strategists in structuring, designing, and presenting strategic ideas and narratives to brand planning teams, multidisciplinary capabilities, and clients.
- Processes and Value Generation: Work effectively within established team processes, identifying ways to add tangible value to clients' business objectives.
- Strategic Drafting: Draft strategic approaches for brands, refine presentation narratives, and express complex ideas clearly and concisely, under the supervision of senior leadership.
- Applied Innovation: Bring new ideas, modern tools (including AI), and innovative methodologies to client challenges, steering strategic solutions in the right direction.
- Identifying Opportunities: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify information gaps regarding clients, consumers, and categories—uncovering opportunities for organic growth and new commercial proposals.
- New Business and RFPs: Contribute to the development of pitches, commercial proposals, and responses to RFPs under the guidance of senior leadership.
Skills and Competencies
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the field.
- Conversational english (at least B2)
- Brand Planning Principles: Solid grasp of basic marketing concepts and end-to-end communication frameworks (from initial briefing to results measurement).
- Data and Research Aptitude: Ability to synthesize diverse data sources to generate strategic insights, without needing to be a technical data expert.
- Proactive Thought Leadership: Comfort in sharing original ideas on active projects, proactively seeking guidance from senior members when necessary.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Ability to connect strategic thinking across social, creative, media, and data areas.
