Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced and independent Bookkeeper to join our outstanding Finance team. In this role, you will take full ownership of the company’s bookkeeping operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all financial processes. You will support the Finance team’s daily operations, contribute to month-end and year-end activities, and work closely with internal stakeholders as well as external service providers and auditors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including journal entries and bank reconciliations
Handle revenue, customer billing, and payment processes (local and international)
Prepare VAT reports and manage payments to authorities
Perform cash flow and balance sheet reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Work closely with external service providers and auditors
Qualifications & Requirements
Certified Bookkeeper – Level 2 or higher
3-5+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a high-growth tech or startup environment
Strong knowledge of balance sheet structure, GL accounts, and financial processes
Experience with ERP systems, especially NetSuite (strong advantage)
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams
Fluent in Hebrew; good English skills, especially reading and writing
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive mindset
Positive, responsible, and collaborative team player
