We take pride in knowing that we make a difference in a person’s life each day.   Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Gilbert Thrive Autism Services – Gilbert, AZ   $90,000 – $110,000 a year | $20,000 Signing Bonus   Full-time | Monday–Friday | No evenings or weekends | In-person     Overview   Thrive Autism Services is hiring a  Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team in  Gilbert, AZ .   We provide  clinic-based and in-home ABA services  for children, adolescents, and some adults with autism spectrum disorder.  If you’re looking for  clinical autonomy, supportive leadership, and a sustainable weekday schedule , this role is designed with you in mind—so you can focus on what you do best without burnout.   As a  locally owned provider , we take pride in doing things differently. You will supervise and coach RBTs, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers (including SLPs, OTs, and schools), and lead parent training to support meaningful skill development across environments. In this role, you will use clinical expertise and data analysis to guide treatment decisions while ensuring high-quality, ethical, and client-centered ABA services.
