Job description: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Salary: $100,000–$130,000/year (Negotiable based on experience) Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling Available Looking for a BCBA role that actually supports you? What Sets Us Apart: Manageable caseloads (quality over quantity) Flexible scheduling (work-life balance matters here) Supportive leadership + collaborative clinical team CEU support + ongoing professional development Clear path for growth and advancement Administrative support so you can focus on clinical work What You’ll Do: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs (2-tier & 3-tier models) Provide parent/caregiver training and support Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity Complete reports and documentation in a timely manner What We’re Looking For: Active BCBA certification (required) Master’s degree in ABA or related field Experience supervising clinical staff and managing cases Strong communication and leadership skills (Bilingual Spanish is a plus!)
