Responsibilities Develop UEFI BIOS solutions for server and/or desktop platforms, ensuring functionality aligns with product requirements. Design, implement, debug, and validate firmware, software, and hardware components across the system development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide engineering support and resolve BIOS-related issues effectively. Review and verify BIOS system specifications to ensure compliance with design and performance standards. Manage project schedules from initial design through to production release, ensuring on-time delivery. Conduct functionality and reliability testing to maintain high product quality and adherence to standards. Contribute to Linux kernel development, including custom device driver implementation and optimization. Consult and coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to review and refine system specifications and functional requirements. Guide firmware, hardware, and QA teams to ensure timely and successful product integration and market readiness. Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. 3+ years of experience in low-level software development, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in Legacy BIOS or UEFI firmware development. Proficient in C, C++, and/or Assembly; strong software design background is a plus. Solid understanding of PC hardware architecture, BIOS, and Linux-based systems. Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks with minimal supervision. Proven team player with a strong passion for software development. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
