Salary Range: - $3500-$4500 Benefits of Joining Us: - Performance related pay - Salary increment - 2% Medical Allowance Job Responsibilities: - Produce shop drawings and as-built drawings from BIM model using Revit. - Create and manage Revit project files for Electrical & Plumbing systems. - Update and coordinate Revit models throughout the project, including slab pipe routings, underground pipe routings, tray/trunking routings, lightning protection, and lighting & power points location. - Perform interference/clash checking within own model and against other disciplines. - Responsible for delivering accurate drawings on time. - Carry out any other drafter-related tasks assigned by superior. - Assist Project Manager with completion of projects and ad-hoc assignments as required. Job Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline. - Minimum 1 year working experience as M&E BIM drafter in Singapore construction is required. - Experience in HDB/Condominium project drafting is an advantage. - Proficient in BIM/Revit MEP/AutoCAD/Microsoft Office. - Able to interpret engineering drawings and models. - Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines. - Independent, resourceful, self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work as part of a team. - MEP drafter experience is required (Electrical/Plumbing/Sanitary).
