Description
Benefits: - 0–20% Performance-Based Bonus (PRP) per month - 2% Medical Allowance per month Job Responsibilities: - Prepare and develop BIM models for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services for New Build and Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects. - Produce accurate 3D models, shop drawings, and construction drawings using Autodesk Revit. - Coordinate M&E services with Architectural, Structural, and other trades to resolve design clashes. - Participate in BIM coordination meetings with Main Contractors, Consultants, and project teams. - Update BIM models according to design revisions, RFIs, and site requirements. - Coordinate with Project Engineers and Site Teams to ensure drawings reflect site conditions. - Assist with submissions to Main Contractors and Consultants. - Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management. Job Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline. - Minimum 1–3 years of BIM modelling experience in Singapore's construction industry. - Experience in M&E works for New Build or A&A projects. - Able to interpret M&E, Architectural, and Structural drawings. - Good understanding of Singapore construction standards and M&E systems. - Strong attention to detail and coordination skills. - Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
