Job responsibilities: - Develop and implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and standards for data center projects. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate BIM into project workflows. - Create and maintain detailed 3D models and digital representations of data center facilities. - Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts using BIM software. - Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM models. - Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM tools and methodologies. - Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of BIM strategies. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in BIM implementation. Job requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM engineering or a similar role. - Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. - Strong understanding of data center design and construction processes. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in BIM.
