BIM Coordinator Benefits: - 0-20% Monthly Performance Related Pay - 2% Monthly Medical Allowance - Yearly Salary Increment Key Responsibilities: BIM Modelling: - Prepare and develop 3D BIM models for plumbing and MEP systems using Revit. - Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings. - Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle. - Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and other trades to resolve clashes and drawing issues. - Support drawing submissions and project documentation. Engineering & Coordination Support: - Assist in project coordination and drawing reviews. - Support site teams in resolving drawing discrepancies when required. - Attend coordination meetings and site visits when necessary. Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field. - Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM-related software. - Experience or exposure to BIM modelling for MEP services. - Ability to read and interpret technical and construction drawings. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Able to work independently and collaboratively within a project team. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in plumbing-related BIM modelling. - Familiarity with Singapore construction projects and BIM workflows. - Experience with HDB projects will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
