Role Summary and Impact As a  Biddable Executive , you will develop excellent platform knowledge and support the management and optimization of both Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns. You will perform keyword research, campaign building, daily monitoring, and data analysis to generate insightful commentary for performance reporting. Working closely with the Biddable Manager, you will contribute to executing best-in-class Biddable strategies, continuously seeking new opportunities through personal research and cross-team collaboration. This role offers breadth for growth from entry-level to those ready to take ownership of specific testing elements and contribute to client strategy, operating effectively within the WPP Open ecosystem. Reporting Structure:  Reports to Biddable Manager. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management: Perform end-to-end setup of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across relevant platforms. Effectively manage designated biddable campaigns, ensuring ongoing and timely optimization and continuously looking for opportunities to improve performance. Undertake regular Quality Assurance (QA) checks to ensure campaigns meet best practice standards, minimizing errors and ensuring consistent adherence to process. Monitor campaign performance and pacing, troubleshooting and optimizing campaigns as necessary to improve performance. Produce detailed and accurate weekly/monthly campaign performance reports and performance commentary. Assist with more detailed analysis including end-of-campaign reporting, quarterly/annual reviews, and standalone projects. Contribute to client testing plans, including supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of tests with methodical accuracy.
