We are looking for a BI Process Engineer to become the operational backbone of our BI team. In this role, you'll ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of BI outputs across the platform, working closely with the development team to make sure everything built meets defined standards. You'll also drive robust, well-documented, and scalable processes that support efficient BI delivery. You will have a direct impact on: Quality Assurance: Execute QA and testing across dashboard releases, validating data accuracy, functionality, and adherence to design standards Author and maintain test cases that provide repeatable, structured coverage across the BI portfolio Identify and log defects clearly, working with developers to ensure issues are resolved before go-live Governance & Standards : Apply and uphold KPI, metric, and reporting standards across the platform, flagging inconsistencies and escalating where alignment is needed Support the maintenance and documentation of BI processes, best practices, and governance frameworks — keeping them current as the platform evolves Monitor dashboard and data performance, identifying degradation or anomalies and routing them appropriately Platform Operations: Support the operational health of the BI platform — including content organisation, access hygiene, and lifecycle management of published assets Contribute to the continuous improvement of how BI solutions are delivered, surfacing recurring issues and recommending process fixes Collaboration: Work closely with BI Development Team to ensure QA activity is aligned with the development pipeline and release schedule Liaise with data teams to flag upstream data quality issues that affect BI outputs To be successful in this role, you need to have: Experience working with BI Tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or other related software Experience working within the BI domain Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying, validation, and quality checking across BI outputs Solid understanding of data structures and data flow - sufficient to validate outputs, identify anomalies, and trace quality issues back to their source Experience in Dashboards/Reports performance tuning Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience using it to build and maintain operational workflows, automation, and tooling Working knowledge of QA methodologies and structured testing approaches, including authoring and maintaining automated test cases Advanced SQL skills to query complex databases from different transactional systems and data warehouses Experience deploying secure enterprise self-service reporting services using various data visualization tools We will show our gratitude by: Offering working tools of employees´ own choice - Company makes sure everyone feels comfortable in the office and has all the necessary tools one might need Creating an exciting international English-speaking environment Working in a modern office in Ülemiste City Organizing different company and team events Offering extra sports compensation via Stebby + private health insurance Offering Corporate III Pillar Pension contribution program Creating an opportunity to learn and develop Offering a competitive salary based on experience and a benefits package If this seems like a challenge you are looking for, apply and let’s have a chat!
