The Role As a Business Intelligence Database Developer , you’ll design, develop, and optimise our global BI and database solutions, transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the business. You’ll take ownership of database development, ETL processes, data modelling, and reporting solutions, delivering reliable, scalable, and high-performing data platforms for our global teams. Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who brings: 3 - 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Database Development, or a similar data-focused role. Strong technical expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, Data Lake/BLOB storage, SQL development, database administration, and ETL tools such as SSIS or Azure Data Factory. Experience with Power BI or SSRS , data modelling, and ideally Python, Visual Studio, and other Microsoft Azure technologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to work with complex data from multiple sources and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Strong communication and project management skills , with experience working across global teams and stakeholders.
