What you'll Do:
Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values

P rovides internal and external support as a Client Onboarding coordinator for new and existing Employee Navigator clients , including implement ation and maintenance of Benefit Administration Systems
Provide s ongoing technical support contact and develop s and maintain s relationships with external vendors, third parties and carriers
P rovide s research resolution for escalations from internal and external clients, and complete s special projects as assigned
Build s client platforms and project management of client onboarding and renewal
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS include but are not limited to:
Up to 6 months of similar or related experience
Equivalent to a two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school
Excellent interpersonal skills, both internally and externally
Ability to be firm and persuasive when needed, while maintaining good relationships
High degree of courtesy, diplomacy and tact
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Proficiency with Microsoft products and agency systems including Employee Navigator
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as written skills
Ability to communicate ideas in a clear and concise manner
Commitment to work through projects to completion
Strong reasoning skills
Excellent organizational skills
Effectively prioritizes tasks and manages multiple projects while meeting timelines
