Behavior Technician - Center Based - Baldwin Details about this opportunity :   Location: Baldwin, NY Center-Based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist/Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-3:30pm Compensation: $21-$24.75/hourly  Services:   Provide IEP Mandated Services at our Centers (NOT INSURANCE BASED)     **Please note this is a range. Must be able to work safely and directly with individuals who engage in varying magnitudes of challenging behaviors including but not limited to aggression, self-injury, property destruction, and elopement. Must be able to frequently lift 50 pounds.  The ability to climb and descend staircases. Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting (on floor), standing) for extended periods of time. Must be able to utilize quick body movements and PMT techniques as indicated in the Behavior Intervention Plan while working with learners that exhibit challenging behaviors.
