The YMCA of Greater Boston is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Support Specialist  to join our Woburn team on a part-time basis for support in the afterschool site-based program as well as during the summer for full time camp support . This role will play a key role in supporting children with diverse abilities by developing, implementing, and overseeing individualized behavior intervention plans within our youth programs, including afterschool, camps, and enrichment services.
