This pivotal leadership role will integrate R&D, product requirements, and OEM customer needs to deliver validated battery component and system-level innovations. As a Product Development Leader, you will be responsible for translating complex battery concepts into manufacturable, customer-ready solutions and managing key relationships.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   Customer & Program Leadership   Lead key OEM customer programs and serve as the primary technical interface between the customer, R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams.   Develop and manage the technical roadmap for next-generation battery platforms, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business strategy.   Drive cross-functional alignment to seamlessly integrate R&D outputs into manufacturable and scalable solutions.     Category (e.g., Model Optimization & Implementation)   Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to customer testing and validation, ensuring product quality and manufacturability.   Spearhead process and product optimization efforts, including DOE (Design of Experiments) design and comprehensive failure analysis to scale technology from the lab to prototype.   Apply deep expertise in electrochemical engineering, materials chemistry, and interfacial science to solve complex product development challenges.     Strategy & Execution   Translate next-generation battery concepts into clear, implementable, and manufacturable solutions suitable for mass production and client delivery.     Education and/or Experience:   Education: Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrochemical Engineering, or a closely related field.   Leadership Experience: Deep experience at a top management level or seni
