ABOUT THE ROLE As our team continues to grow, we’re on the lookout for a passionate Bartender to join us and help elevate our drinks offering. You will be a core member of delivering our bespoke range of handcrafted, artisanal cocktails - made with the freshest, seasonal ingredients to our guests, particularly in our stunning beer garden – a favourite spot for locals and visitors alike. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a calm, guest-focused environment and enjoys creating memorable experiences through warm hospitality. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in a fast-paced hospitality setting. A genuine passion for drinks, hospitality, and customer service. Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail techniques. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE. About gratuities & service charge: Gratuities are paid on a pro-rata basis. It is estimated that in 2026, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £4,500 in addition to their annual salary.
